Abstract: College students must learn to adapt to the needs of the development of the times, must have a strong spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship. In the new era, the most important task for college students is to dare to learn and challenge. According to the statistics of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, our country's college students self-employment success rate is low, even far lower than other people. So how to create a good environment, atmosphere and soil for college students to "start their own business"? Therefore, it is necessary to know how to strengthen the innovation and entrepreneurship of college students and apply it to the practice of entrepreneurship. This paper briefly describes the development trend of innovation and entrepreneurship and points out the problems that college students need to face in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship.
