Abstract: College students are the main force in building an innovative society. The college students' entrepreneurship incubation base is a new type of social and economic organization, and the entrepreneurship incubation base is an effective strategy to cultivate college students' innovation ability. Through the support of communication network and office facilities for college students, the entrepreneurial cost of college students can be reduced.
