Abstract: Cultivating high-level application-oriented and versatile legal talents with both morality and law is an urgent need for the construction of a law-based country, government and society. In 2018, the Ministry of Education and the Central Political and Legal Affairs Commission jointly issued the "Opinions on Adhering to the Implementation of the Education and Training Plan Version 2.0 for Excellent Legal Talents in Morality and Law ", highlighting the importance of legal practice teaching, further improving the curriculum evaluation system, and constantly innovating and enriching legal practice teaching form and content, giving full play to the synergistic role of internal and external collaborative education of people, focusing on both solid theoretical foundation and strong practical ability in the cultivation of legal talents, and building high-quality legal talents with both ability and political integrity. Legal education comes from practice, and the vitality of legal education is rooted in practice. This article aims to develop the research and practice of legal practice teaching reform centering on cultivating outstanding legal talents with both morality and law.
