Abstract: Cultivating college students' innovative ability is the requirement of new engineering for talent training. Aiming at the existence of college students' innovative ability in the process of topic selection, formalism, the problem such as consciousness, the paper introduces "the project-driven" teaching concept, and analyzes the innovation ability of the carrier, expands the project sources, and builds the professional teacher to involve elements "Carrier, Characters, Motivation " three aspects of innovative ability training mode. The mode has certain operability, and actively in the process of teaching practice, achieved certain results.
