Abstract: At present, the application of “Internet plus” technology in all walks of life is increasingly permeating. Colleges and universities bear the important responsibility of personnel training, and the Internet plus technology should be applied to student management to improve the efficiency and quality of student management. In the new era, college students show different physical and mental characteristics, and the traditional management mode of colleges and universities gradually exposes many maladjustments, which has an impact on the development of students' personality to a certain extent. Therefore, colleges and universities should actively innovate the concept and mode of student management, and constantly improve the effect of student management.
