Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important measure to train innovative English teachers in primary and secondary schools. Aiming at cultivating innovative English teachers, taking the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial ability as the core, focusing on building a two-class diversified platform and a comprehensive and systematic curriculum system of innovation and entrepreneurship education, the paper constructs "3.3" with both English professional characteristics and teacher education characteristics. The new system of cultivating the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of English normal students can guide and help English normal students to change their employment concept, firmly adhere to the belief of lifelong teaching, and improve their learning ability, practical ability and innovation ability.
