Abstract: Under the new normal of education, how to accurately grasp the new round of comprehensive reform opportunity, fully implement the strategy of building up people by virtue, actively build a good education ecology, and create an open and dynamic big education pattern has become the top priority of the current education reform in colleges and universities. Therefore, combining with the current situation of education in normal universities, this paper analyzes the inner logic of Xingzhi thought and excellent education ecology in the new era, and points out the construction path of excellent education ecology under the guidance of Xingzhi thought from three dimensions of morality, conduct and new.
