Micro video and other related materials are watched, tests are complicated, and interaction is doing by students online. While class is a face to face teaching and learning stage. Tasks are discussed, finished and reported by students cooperatively in groups. Students' task reports are evaluated positively by teacher, teaching contents are summarized, analyzed, and explained by teacher. After class is a practising and understanding stage. Homework is practised and assignment results are displayed online. Some problems in traditional teaching and learning in English can be overcome by this mode.
