Abstract: The rapid development of new technology puts forward higher requirements for the innovation and practice ability of electrical engineering graduate students. In order to cultivate the innovative and practice ability of graduate students majoring in electrical engineering, it is necessary to continuously explore the college-enterprise cooperative training method to enhance the innovative practice ability of graduate students while improving the teaching effect. This paper proposes to combine the theory teaching of primary equipment intelligence, engineering case analysis, school enterprise innovation practice base and industry mentor talent pool to explore the teaching method of integration of theory education and innovation practice, so as to improve the independent innovation ability and engineering literacy of graduate students majoring in electrical engineering.
