Abstract: The optimization and development of social economy not only provides opportunities for the employment development of higher talents in China, but also makes them meet unprecedented challenges. The problem of College Students' employment has become an important issue concerned by all walks of life. It is urgent to work together to solve the problem and realize the smooth employment of higher talents. In order to enhance the employability of college students, colleges and universities should comprehensively promote the reform of higher education personnel training mode based on the employment of college students, cultivate high-quality applied talents, promote the overall development of talents, and improve the quality of talent training by creating excellent innovative teachers.
