Abstract: At present, the contradiction between "the reality of cultivating undergraduates with broad theoretical basis" and "the demand of talents who can practice and understand innovation" in the company/enterprise is prominent, there is also a certain gap with the requirements of scientific research institutes/universities to recruit high-scientific research-oriented postgraduates. Under the background of "Mass Entrepreneurship and mass innovation", this paper takes the elective course of edible fungi production technology as an example to reform and practice the teaching mode. Taking the newly-recruited young teachers as the main implementing body, taking the university as the teaching cycle, taking the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents as the teaching goal, taking the project teaching method as the means, and adopting the integrated teaching mode of theory and practice based on the tutorial system, based on the comprehensive examination standard of innovation and practice, the curriculum reform and practice of the production technology of edible fungi were carried out.
