On the Way of Introducing Flipped Classroom into Public Physical Education in Colleges and Universities

Abstract: With the advent of the information age and the proposal of flipped classroom teaching model, how to introduce it into the public physical education teaching in colleges and universities, realize the overall reform and innovation of public physical education teaching, and improve the quality and efficiency of public physical education teaching are the issues that China's education field attaches great importance to at present.Therefore, in order to realize the effective integration of flipped classroom teaching mode in public physical education teaching in Colleges and universities, and create an efficient public sports teaching classroom, this paper deeply studies the necessity of introducing flipped classroom teaching mode into public physical education teaching, explores the value of introducing flipped classroom teaching mode into public physical education teaching, and provides three effective integration countermeasures for reference.
