The Research on Innovation Mode of School Enterprise Cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges based on Synergetic Theory

Abstract: The integration of production and education, school enterprise cooperation is the distinctive characteristics of vocational education, is an important way to build a modern vocational education system. Based on some important theories of synergetic theory, from the perspective of target synergy and factor resource synergy, we thoroughly explore the mode of collaborative education between schools and enterprises, which can effectively solve the deep-seated contradictions in school enterprise cooperation and stimulate mutual cooperation willingness and motivation. This is of great significance for the promotion of the connotation of the integration of production and education of vocational education in the new period, and it also plays a role in promoting the construction of modern vocational education system. In the innovation practice of school enterprise cooperation mode, higher vocational colleges and enterprises should achieve the integration of technology research, talent education, teachers sharing, learning and training.
