Research and Practice on the Training Mode of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents for Computer Undergraduates based on Multi-objective Integration

Abstract: The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology has generated more and more application innovation needs in various fields of social life, providing a good opportunity for the training of undergraduate computer majors in colleges and universities, and it also poses new challenges to the talent training model of colleges and universities. Based on the fully analysis of the current situation and relationship of the college computer professional talent training plan, innovative and entrepreneurial talent training mode, and subject competition, this paper proposes to integrate artificial intelligence technology into the teaching process of college computer undergraduate professional courses, and use artificial intelligence technology to carry out project technology, promote the training of dual innovation talents in colleges and universities through the research and application development of innovation projects of dual innovation studios, and support the Multi-objective-driven talent training model of college discipline competitions. The practical results of the past three years show that this model can not only lighten students' study burden and improve professional skills, but also significantly improve students' innovation ability, entrepreneurship and employ-ability, and provide more development directions and opportunities for graduates.
