Abstract: Teaching management is an indispensable and important link for the smooth development of teaching work in colleges and universities. With the rapidly development of online teaching, it’s not only changed the teaching of teachers, but also changed the learning of students, the management of schools, especially the mode of educational administration. By analyzing the needs of teachers, students, teaching content and teaching methods in online teaching, the paper sorts out the development opportunities of educational administration management based on online teaching. Three suggestions will be proposed that is improve the top-level design, develop the information quality of educational administration managers, sahre platform terminal, creat of high-quality curriculum resources, teacher-student interaction, and build an online learning community.
