Research on the Management Strategy of Retired Employees in Internet Enterprises——Take Tencent as An Example

Abstract: Internet enterprises are knowledge intensive industries, and the importance of human resource management is particularly prominent. However, the problem of high turnover rate exists in the employee relationship management of Internet enterprises. This paper analyzes the situation of employees' turnover in Internet enterprises, and studies the management strategies of Tencent's employees. It is found that the resigned employees are important strategic resources of enterprises. Enterprises need to recognize and treat the management of employees who have left their jobs, optimize the management of employee relations, pay attention to the value mining of employees who have left their jobs, and integrate their resources into the strategic system of sustainable development of enterprises.
