Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Mode and Practice Exploration of Nursing Specialty in the New Era

Abstract: :Under the background of aging, nursing specialty adapts to the national educational policy and the development potential of the industry, constantly strengthens the innovative entrepreneurship education, improves the students' ability to innovate and start a business for the healthy development of the aged. Taking the curriculum system of community nursing as an example, this paper establishes the curriculum system from the aspects of consciousness, knowledge and practical ability cultivation. It emphasizes the cultivation of innovation consciousness and the construction of entrepreneurship concept, takes into account the knowledge penetration and practical logic of specialty and innovation and entrepreneurship, and promotes project teaching and case teaching. The school gives support in the fund investment and the service support, expands the innovation thought to cultivate the pioneering ability, comprehensively enhances the nursing college's innovation pioneering education level, enhances the student core competitive power.
