Abstract: Under the background of high-quality economic development, economic structure and economic driving factors promote the transformation of talent demand. Higher education personnel training focuses on theoretical learning, local education and conclusion memory, while ignoring the importance of practice, overall awareness and process reasoning. In view of the problems existing in the cultivation of talents in higher education, it is an important way to adjust the structure of talent supply to innovate the mode of integration of production and education in higher education. In response to the changes in the current demand for talents, the talent training mode should be changed to demand-oriented, innovative thinking, reform of major and curriculum. At the same time, we should establish a forward-looking and dynamic talent training mode, build a community of interests between enterprises, students and schools, adjust teaching contents and teaching methods, and give corresponding material and institutional guarantees, so as to improve the quality of talent cultivation under the integration of production and education, and promote the innovation of talent cultivation in higher education.
