Abstract: The concept of "Internet plus" economic and social development has accelerated the reform and innovation of the industrial structure and production management mode of different industries, and has also promoted the integration of traditional manufacturing industry and Internet information industry. The teaching process of professional courses in Colleges and universities should also focus on the development goal of innovation and entrepreneurship education, combine with the actual requirements of social market economy, make planning and design for the whole course teaching situation, teaching content and education process, and pay attention to the cultivation of students' innovation and entrepreneurship awareness, theoretical knowledge reserve and professional skills. This paper discusses the implementation plan of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents through the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial special industry classes under the "Internet plus" information environment, in order to solve the contradiction between professional courses teaching and social talents demand.
