Abstract: Facing the "New era" of innovation & development and the "New industry " of transformation and upgrading, based on the analysis of relationship on the industry, professional and innovation & entrepreneurship, the thesis builds the talent cultivation system integrating professional education and innovative education of "Three Entireties Fourth Levels One Platform Four Dimensions"; it integrates the talent training mode of "exploration, creation, innovation and entrepreneurship", the six-in-one education platform of "culture, curriculum, practice, competition, project and service", the evaluation system of "production-study-research-application" and the system mechanism guarantee system, it also makes up for the lack of clear training objectives, diversified practice platforms, and imperfect evaluation system in the existing personnel training system, which can cultivate "new talents" with both professional level and entrepreneurial ability.
