The Innovation of Practical Teaching Mode of Urban Rail Transit Operation Management Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract: Thanks to the implementation of the concept of quality education, the talent training system of higher vocational colleges has been further innovated and reformed, and the teaching goals of higher vocational colleges have also changed from the past knowledge and skills imparting to the training and development of students' practical ability,in order to strengthen the comprehensive professional quality of students.As the main way to transform knowledge concepts into job skills, the development of practical teaching is very important. How to construct the practical teaching system of scientific rail transit operation management has become the primary thinking problem of higher vocational colleges and their professional teaching. Based on this, this article analyzes and studies the innovation of practical teaching mode of urban rail transit operation management major in vocational colleges.
