Abstract: With the rapid development of society, people's awareness of health is increasing, and the requirements for the quality of medical services are higher and higher. However, due to the weak professional foundation of some doctors, limited medical research and innovation ability, low professional ethics, and low awareness of learning and progress, it is difficult to improve the medical service level of the hospital, and even stimulate the contradictions between doctors and patients, which has a greater negative impact and endangers the social harmony and stability. Based on this, our government and the medical industry put forward the task requirements of strengthening the vocational re education of in-service doctors. This paper analyzes the importance of in-service doctors' re education, and puts forward some implementation suggestions in combination with the current reality, hoping to promote the orderly re education of doctors, so as to improve the overall level of China's medical industry.
