Research on the Strategy of Cross-faculty Integration from the Perspective of Innovative Talent Cultivation

Abstract: Interdisciplinary integration is an important means to realize the cultivation of innovative talents and promote the continuous development of modern education in China. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the development of interdisciplinary education, this paper summarizes the cultivation modes and organizational forms of interdisciplinary and inter-departmental talents at home and abroad and puts forward the inter-departmental integration strategies suitable for Chinese universities.
