Abstract: Outdoor sports regional activity is a new form of sports activity aiming at the traditional sports activities. It is a number of sports areas created according to the goals, contents and requirements of the health field. It puts in different sports equipment, allows children to participate independently, develops basic movements in their own way of interest, and improves the coordination and flexibility of children's movements. This paper takes the creation and practice of the outdoor sports activities in Daban age group as an example to talk about the experience and perception in the process of implementation.
