Abstract: With the continuous improvement and progress of science and technology in China, the "Internet +" mode has been gradually formed in all sectors of the society. "Internet +", as a new technology medium, has realized the integration and development of related events. In the Internet plus horizon, the integration of innovative volunteer service and the construction of the party and the League conforms to the requirements of the new era and cultivates high-quality talents. This paper analyzes the significance and feasibility of the integration of volunteer service and the construction of the party and the Communist Party in the context of Internet plus. In view of the basic dimensions of the integration of volunteer service and the construction of the party and the league, it puts forward the development strategy of integrating the volunteer service with the party and the Communist Party in the Internet plus horizon.
