Study on the Construction of Bilingual Curriculum in Management

Abstract: With Chinese opening up to the outside world more and more high-level, colleges and universities need to focus on cultivating cross-cultural competence of people. These people not only need solid professional knowledge, but also need to have the ability of communication between Chinese and English. Bilingual teaching of management is an important channel for higher education to export international talents. According to the current situation of bilingual teaching in management, this paper designs bilingual courses from four aspects: teachers, students, teaching materials and classroom design. In this paper, the application of PBL + LBL teaching methods and the establishment of study groups are used to make bilingual management courses easier to be carried out in colleges and universities.
