The Innovation of College Canteen Management and Service Based on the Pressure of Take-out Food

Abstract: As a convenient online ordering service, take-out food is more and more popular among college students. At the same time, the problems in personnel quality, health and safety, distribution and other aspects of the takeout system are also emerging. From the perspective of marketing, this paper analyzes the occupancy and demand of "take-out food" in Colleges and universities, and puts forward the solution to the distribution mechanism of university canteen; at the same time, due to the lack of in-depth participation of college students in campus management, students lack of initiative. This paper combines the construction of college canteen distribution team with college students' participation in campus management, and carries out the feasibility analysis and exploration of the application practice of innovation and entrepreneurship.
