Research on the Intention and Behavior of Participating in the Tourism Volunteering Service of College Students——Taking Sanya as an Example

Abstract

Abstract: The participation of college student will improve the supply ability and level of tourism volunteering service. The investigation found out that the intention of participating include personal developing, volunteering time, interest and so on. Meanwhile, the students point out the problems in the progress, which include less training, imperfect motivation, unfair job division, confused cooperation etc. Thus, the paper put forward the advice to perfect the motivating forms, enhance the training and division of labor reasonably, improve the guidance and publicity, attract more students and summary the experience, then the effect will get continuous improvement.
