Study on the Current Situation of Self-management and Reform and Innovation of Local College Students——Take a University in Hubei Province as an Example

Abstract: In order to further understand the characteristics and current situation of self-management of college students in local colleges and universities, this paper took college students in a college in hubei province as samples to collect data and carry out exploratory factor analysis and difference analysis. The research found that: (1)the boys' self-management ability is better than the girls' overall, especially the emotional control ability; (2)The ability of self-management of only children is better than that of non-only children; (3)Serving as a student cadre has an important impact on the improvement of self-management ability; (4) students of different grades of self-management level: freshman > senior >junior >sophomore; (5)The frequency of mobile phone use has a significant difference in self-management ability. Based on this research, the countermeasures and Suggestions for improving self-management ability are put forward.
