The Construction of Entrepreneurship Education Paradigm in Applied Undergraduate Colleges and Universities——Based on Incubator Model Research

Abstract: College students are the main entrepreneurial force of the China, and the university entrepreneur incubator is the main way to cultivate entrepreneurial strength of college students. The university entrepreneur incubator creates an entrepreneurial education paradigm model with entrepreneurial mentors as the core, and realizes the merge of entrepreneurial mentors, college student entrepreneurs, investors through complementary resources, risk sharing, and benefit sharing. By constructing the class teaching, self-learning, applying practice, entrepreneurial mentors and cultural guidance called “five-in-one” system of entrepreneur teaching formality, the university entrepreneur incubator exercises teaching mode of combining practical and soft skills, and teaches lay emphasis on the spirit of innovation, the ability of entrepreneurship.
