Research and Practice on Training Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in Vocational Colleges

Abstract: Since the implementation opinions on deepening innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in colleges and universities was promulgated in 2015, the role of higher vocational colleges as pilot zones for innovation and entrepreneurship education has become increasingly obvious. "Mass entrepreneurship and innovation", as the source of social development and progress, cannot be separated from the cultivation of high-quality entrepreneurship and innovation talents. This paper first analyzes the deficiencies of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges: the lack of unity of ideas, the absence or perfection of the system, the virtual practice platform and the lack of systematisms. Then from the top-level design plan, system guarantee, and combined with the author's college experience in recent years, focus on how to build a practice platform is discussed.
