Abstract: This paper is in order to implement the efficient innovation of classroom concept, innovate the teaching effect of all-round development, and condense the innovation strategy and practice accumulation with the significance of demonstration and promotion. Through collecting, sorting out and summarizing the whole process information of the ideas, strategies, measures and practices of classroom innovation carried out by our hospital in recent years. This paper analyzes the orientation of the development of the whole person, probes into the optimized design of teaching content based on the three elements (marketization, modernization, internationalization, ideological and political elements, English elements, application elements), and puts forward the innovative concept and practice of "one page reform" teaching design based on the education of the whole person. This paper expounds the connotation and characteristics of "life class with temperature". the innovative practice of the teaching link around the goal of the whole person education and training from the aspects of teaching concept, teaching content, teaching design and classroom model has a direct and far-reaching impact on the teaching effect and the quality of talent training.
