Research on the Improvement of Young Teachers' Scientific and Technological Ability under the Mode of "Integration of Science and Education"——Taking Financial Institutions as an Example

Abstract: According to the proposal of the outline from the national medium and long term education reform and development plan, higher education should pay attention to the scientific research of students, optimize the practical teaching link, realize the organic combination of scientific research and teaching, scientific research and innovative personnel training, so as to achieve the integration of science and education and enhance the scientific and technological ability of young teachers. Therefore, this paper mainly takes financial colleges as an example to analyze the role of young teachers in the "integration of science and education" and the form and method of the integration development of science and education, so as to contribute to the improvement of young teachers' scientific and technological ability.
