Abstract: Administrative management team is an indispensable factor for the smooth development of daily work in Colleges and universities, and it is the basis for training various types of talents. To strengthen the list construction of administrative management team in colleges and universities can greatly improve the work efficiency of administrative personnel, and more conducive to the construction and development of colleges and universities. This paper takes the list construction of university administrative team as the research object, studies its characteristics and puts forward corresponding solutions to its shortcomings exposed in the process of construction.
