Research on Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Based on College Students' Career Planning

Abstract

Abstract: Under the new situation, China's market is more and more perfect, the society put forward higher demand for all aspects of talents, for this reason, universities and colleges continue to expand enrollment, to train more high-level talents, for the market of various industries to supplement talents, promote social sustainable development. Colleges and universities should strengthen the education of innovation and entrepreneurship in the career planning of college students, so as to ensure that the cultivated talents meet social needs, improve the employment rate of college students, and promote social stability and development.
