Abstract: Teachers are the key to ensure the quality of education. If we want to promote the development of education, we must build an excellent team of teachers. With the continuous reform of China's education, the country has paid more and more attention to the construction of teachers. Based on this, this paper focuses on the strategies of improving the construction of teachers' team for reference.
