Abstract: In view of the urgency of improving the integrating degree of talent training with social needs, the author aims to explore the linkage mechanism of employment feedback with major-setting and enrollment plan allocation from the perspective of perfecting the feedback mechanism on employment of university graduates by a practical case study on Yunnan Minzu University. It is hoped that this mechanism can be an example for universities to give play to the leveraging role of the enrollment plan, optimize the major’s structure, and improve the integrating degree of the quality of talent training with the public expectations and the social needs.
