Abstract: The employment of college students has always been a problem of great concern. At present, every university is actively taking effective measures to improve the employment rate of college students. From the reality, in order to fully improve the employment ability and quality of college students, colleges and universities must carry out scientific employment guidance for college students. In the new era, in order to effectively solve the problems existing in the employment guidance work of colleges and universities, the concept of "San Quan " education has also been put forward, and it has brought guarantee for the employment of college students.
