Problems and Countermeasures of Employment Guidance Education in Applied Technology University

Abstract

Abstract: In recent years, Chinese higher education has developed rapidly. With the increase of application-oriented undergraduate colleges, the influence of application-oriented technology education concept has gradually increased. On the other hand, "employment difficulty" and "labor shortage" seem to be contradictory, but in fact, they are related to each other, which are widely concerned by people; at the same time, the solutions to these two problems are also widely discussed. The purpose of this paper is to analyze some major problems in the current employment guidance education of college students, and to explore the solutions to these problems.
