Abstract

Abstract: In the process of the development of sports dance clubs in Colleges and universities, student assistants play an important role. Therefore, by using the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire and data statistics, this paper takes Longyan College as the research object, through in-depth understanding of the current situation of the students' teaching assistants in the sports dance club of Longyan college, puts forward corresponding suggestions and Countermeasures for the problems found, and provides valuable reference for the future development of the students' teaching assistants in the sports dance club of colleges and universities Test.
