Discussion on the Reform of Integrated Power Supply System and Training of Railway Engineering Technical Personnel

Abstract

Abstract: The market reform of power supply integration system reform has brought many doubts for front-line workers. Is "power supply integration" a real professional "integration" or a simple professional "cooperation"? In this situation, the paper studies what power supply and signal professional knowledge and skills the engineering graduates need to master in addition to the professional knowledge and skills, as well as the knowledge, skills and professional courses support docking situation.
