Discussion on the Teaching Reform of "Human Body Structure and Function" Based on the Demand of Nursing Post in Higher Vocational Education

Abstract: In order to make nursing specialty teaching in higher vocational colleges meet the needs of talents in social development, the necessity of curriculum reform research on Human body structure and function in higher vocational colleges based on nursing post demand is discussed, in the aspects of student benefit and teaching efficiency. The curriculum reform can not only complete the teaching hours in limited time, but also reduce the spatiotemporal fault phenomenon existing in students' learning of anatomy and physiology. Considering the problems in the process of post of the medical vocational college nursing students, the current article analyzes the necessity and possibility of the curriculum reform of Human body structure and function. Combined with the characteristics of clinical nursing specialty, this paper explores the curriculum reform research of Human body structure and function based on the job demand, which can promote the reform of anatomy teaching and improve the teaching quality of human anatomy. Finally, the achievements of the curriculum reform of Human body structure and function are introduced.
