Abstract: Endurance running is a very beneficial aerobic exercise in high school physical education. Teachers encourage students to take part in endurance running actively, which is helpful to improve their cardiopulmonary function and promote their physical and mental health. At the same time, students' long-term endurance running can not only strengthen their body, but also help them to improve their willpower. However, in recent years, in the physical education teaching and testing in domestic high schools, it is found that some students' endurance running performance is poor, accompanied by fear. Therefore, this paper will focus on the high school students' fear and solution strategies under endurance running.
