Analysis on the Management Innovation of Higher Vocational Education Based on International Experience

Abstract: Chinese higher vocational colleges lack educational management experience, and the quality of higher vocational education has not been effectively improved. Therefore, in order to make a great breakthrough in higher vocational education, it is necessary to draw lessons from the successful higher vocational education experience of foreign and western developed countries, abandon the traditional educational concepts of our country, formulate clear management guiding ideology and perfect the student curriculum teaching system. This paper studies and interprets the success of higher vocational education management in foreign countries and the problems existing in the management of higher vocational education in our country, and puts forward some suggestions for the innovation and reform of higher vocational education in our country, and draws lessons from the successful and scientific experience of foreign countries, so as to develop the higher vocational education in our country well. The exhibition adopts a clear train of thought.
