Research on the Teaching Reform of the Rational Integration of the "Basic Management Science" in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract: The teaching mode of "integration of theory and practice" is a hot topic in the field of vocational education research. Higher vocational education aims to cultivate the first-line high skilled application talents to meet the requirements of production, construction, management and service. In order to cultivate the high-quality skilled talents to meet the market demand, we should implement the integration of theory and practice in teaching, give full play to the active role of practical teaching, improve the students' ability to analyze and solve problems, and complete the training objectives of the course. This is every high school. Teachers of vocational colleges have to face the problems. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the teaching of the course of "Fundamentals of management", this paper puts forward the corresponding reform countermeasures, which can provide reference for the reform of the course of integration of theory and practice.
