Abstract: Based on the in-depth analysis of the main problems existing in the cultivating professional talents, the author points out that the aging of professional knowledge, the insufficiency of teachers' innovation ability and the deviation of teaching evaluation index from the actual demand are the pain points of traditional professional student cultivating. By introducing the educational means of innovation and entrepreneurship, relying on the engineering practice projects, closely following the market demand, the teachers' knowledge is promoted through the engineering practice projects?In order to improve the quality of professional training, we should renew the structure and establish a more scientific and reasonable teaching evaluation mechanism.?In order to ensure the effect of professional training in innovation and entrepreneurship education, teachers should be encouraged to actively change their roles, tolerate the failure in the process of exploration, establish a more scientific teaching evaluation mechanism, and promote the joint training of multi-disciplinary professionals.
