Abstract: As a new type of talents to adapt to the development of the times and regional economic growth, the education mode of administrative management specialty in Colleges and universities should also turn to the cultivation of applied talents. At present, the education mode of administrative management specialty in Colleges and universities generally has the problems of breaking away from the social requirements, such as the unclear positioning of education objectives, the curriculum system setting breaking away from the requirements of the times, and the lack of practical guidance in teaching means. In view of this, colleges and universities should define the goal of education, highlight the practical application orientation, innovate the curriculum system, strengthen the modular cultivation, extend the practical education links, and strengthen the vocational skills training, so as to build a practical application oriented education model.
