Research on the Training Model based on "Start-up Studio"

Abstract: There are two obvious problems in the common studios in Chinese colleges and universities. First, there are obvious deficiencies in the efficiency of resource utilization and the equity of education; Second, there are the absolute dependence on the experts dispatched by the enterprise and the real project investment of the enterprise, which makes enterprises have too high control right over the talent cultivation process, and then they unilaterally pursue the production value of the studio in the teaching activities, but ignore the attention to the students' personality characteristics and the cultivation of their career development ability. Therefore, in the current higher vocational talent training mode, on the basis of in-depth analysis, combined with the practice of teaching and educating a line, to discuss how to on the basis of the successful operation entrepreneurial studio, studio should play the role of leading the radiation, expand students benefited range, in order to overall improve the quality of talent cultivation, is the meaning of this article.
