Abstract: With the in-depth development of education reform, the requirements of college students are constantly improving, college students' employment has become an important assessment standard for the quality of running a university. College students' entrepreneurship can not only relieve the employment pressure of colleges and universities, but also help students realize their life ideal and self-value in the process of entrepreneurship. The key to college students' entrepreneurship is their entrepreneurial ability. To improve college students' entrepreneurial ability is one of the first issues to be considered by colleges and universities. Schools should improve college students' entrepreneurial ability from the aspects of building the entrepreneurial team of teachers, teaching reform and the improvement of students' individual quality.
