Abstract: Enterprises and universities are similar in many aspects, the mission of the former is to contribute high-quality products to the society, while the latter is to cultivate high-quality students for the society. At present there are a lot of good management modes in enterprise management, such as 6S, PDCA cycle and six sigma. They played an important role in enterprise management and obtained good results. However, applying advanced management mode of enterprise management to student management in colleges and universities is relatively rare. In order to innovate management mode, to improve the efficiency of management, to improve the students' comprehensive quality and employment ability, this article explores the application of some excellent enterprise management modes to the management of colleges and universities students.
